I think that depends on what your idea of a big romantic gesture is. If you mean something like sticking the ring in a homemade hamburger, I don't want to do that.

We're just us. I don't know if I'd call us simple, but we've always been just us. Maybe that's why nothing's really seemed to fit. It's a physical representation of the contract between us, so it should be pleasing to us where it can. There are certain meanings people should be able to understand from seeing the ring as well.
